Data & Security
LeadLase is designed around workspace separation, explicit account authorization and controlled outreach workflows.
Authorization first
Connected business accounts are accessed only after the relevant account owner completes the provider’s authorization process. LeadLase does not assume access to accounts that have not been connected.
Credential handling
Where credentials or tokens are required, LeadLase is designed to store them securely and avoid displaying sensitive secrets back to users unnecessarily.
Controlled communications
Outreach tools include rate limits, opt-out handling, status tracking and human-review paths for communications that should not be automated.
Third-party platforms
LeadLase respects provider permissions and platform-specific messaging restrictions. Planned integrations, including business messaging APIs, are subject to provider approval and account authorization.
